Shipping:

1. Our Handling time is 1-4 business days after your payment, tracking number will be provided after that. Shipping fees depends on the weight of your items. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save your money.

3. Buyers pay the Custom duty, for USA customer, there is no Custom duty for electronics in general.

4. For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Hong Post office service which takes about 7 to 14 business days to most countries in the world.

5. For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Express Mail Service ( EMS ), which takes 5-10 business days to almost any country in the world. You can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. For USA buyer, you can track on www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites in 1 to 2 days after we ship the goods.

6. For Expedited Rate Shipping, it takes about 3 to 5 days for delivery. In order to ship it safely and fast, we may ship by Shenzhen EMS, DHL or UPS. We will decide which shipping carrier to use at our knowledge in order to ship it first safely, second fast.

7. We ship all of our goods from the factory directly, which is located in Shenzhen ,China.

Returns:

1. All items comes with 1 month exchange warranty from factories. No questions ask.

2. All items come with 6 monthes repair warranty, buyers should pay for the repair fees and shipping fees.

3. We do refund in 15 days if you are not satisfied with your samples. But we don't do refund for purchase in bulk. Customers must buy samples before you buy in bulk, we assume all of our customers know the products well before they buy in bulks.
